HEALTH AND WELLBEING
LightMirror has an exhaustive risk prevention policy, and invests significant effort in guaranteeing the health and safety of their workers. We are developing a product aiming to increase the health and wellbeing of the people living in healthcare buildings.
QUALITY EDUCATION
We collaborate with local universities. We aim to sponsor and provide courses about natural light in buildings, BREEAM and LEED certifications. We give various in-house training courses so our staff can continue their training and adapt to new environments.
GENDER EQUALITY
Thanks to our Equality Plan, we base our in-house promotion on experience and merit, providing equal opportunities to all people. It should be noted that the two co-founders of three are women.
ACCESSIBLE, CLEAN ENERGY
We are developing products for buildings with low or even zero energy consumption. To reduce pollution due to transport, we prefer to consume products from local suppliers and work only with EU countries.
INDUSTRY, INNOVATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE
LightMirror is committed to the reindustrialisation of European countries and has demonstrated this by being rewarded, by the Jury and Audience, prizes of the EU industry days startup of 2022.

REDUCING INEQUALITY
The LightMirror is a team of young people of different nationalities (Ukrainian, French, Romanian) and we collaborate with a wide variety of countries worldwide, with cultural and religious diversity. The staff recruitment plans provide the same conditions to all people who apply for a job offer.
SUSTAINABLE CITIES AND COMMUNITIES
We participate with local entities such as the universities, the city council, and EU clusters, to foster the development of the green city. In addition, our global goal is to scale our product for more efficient buildings, guaranteeing cleaner and more sustainable cities.
RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION AND PRODUCTION
We promote the reduction of material consumption for the renovation of buildings. Our methods achieve the same energy savings in a building with 50 times less material than classical insulation technics.
CLIMATE ACTION
LightMirror inscribes its products in a circular economy trajectory. The use and recycling of aluminium entail energy savings of 95%. All of the suppliers are European, reducing the carbon footprint of transport. We are doing a life cycle analysis of every project to ensure we respect our goals.
ALLIANCES TO ACHIEVE GOALS
LightMirror collaborates with the Federated Innovation MIND in Italy, laboratories across the Baltics and other prestigious centres as essential allies in our research, development and innovation work. We aim to launch the most innovative and eco-friendly products.
